Strictly stunner Ola Jordan proves she still has plenty of flex appeal – even when she’s flat out on holiday.
The superfit dancer , 33, stays in top condition by partnering up with her husband for a tricky routine, reports the Sunday People.
Ola pulls off a perfect plank pose as James holds her ankles. Then, to really stretch his wife, James sits up and lifts her legs higher and higher.
Yet nothing seemed to bother Ola as she contorted her tanned limbs and twisted on the beach in a red bikini.
And James was happy to ogle as his wife, wearing even less than she did on Strictly Come Dancing, bent herself into a downward dog yoga pose.
The couple, who have both left the BBC show, were on a romantic getaway to the luxury holiday island of Mauritius for James’s 38th birthday. They were very much in step during the work-out in the sunshine but playful Brit James, who left Strictly in 2013, could not resist trying a naughty move.
He cheekily grabbed ice cubes from his drink and made Ola scream by slipping them into her bikini bottoms.
The dancing duo, married for 13 years, have kept fans updated on their luxury getaway with racy Instagram posts.
James put up a snap of Ola on the beach in a white bikini with the caption: “My view for the rest of the day.”
