A Danish woman who saves abandoned children in Nigeria made the news
and brought major focus to the horrible situation which these young
children go through, while highlighting one particular child, a
2-year-old boy who was left to die on the streets. Apparently this kid,
along with many others, are abandoned by their families because they are
found to be “witches” under some deluded rational involving accusations
of them trying to kill their parents or siblings.
Social aid worker Anja Ringgren Loven of Denmark found this little boy roaming the streets.
On January 31st of 2016 he was rescued. This photo shows Loven giving the poor child biscuits and water.
The child was in such desperation that she took him in her arms to care for him.
See His Incredible Transformation!
His chances of survival were very thin.
But they all worked to try and restore the little boys health. It wasn’t an easy task.
Hope to me is a special name. Not only the meaning of Hope but what
it stands for. Many years ago I got the name HOPE tattooed on my fingers
because to me it means: Help One
