Top Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz bought his partner Zari Hassan a house in South Africa worth R2, 480, 00 (Tsh. 396 million), says Bongo5.com.
Zari Hassan recently celebrated her birthday in style, and the couple is currently in Zanzibar where they are making merry.
In what many believe to be Diamond Platnumz’s jibe directed at Zari Hassan’s ex-husband and father of the former’s three children, the Utanipendas tar posted on social media: “They are busy bragging that they are rich while their kids are staying in a rented house… and now a person, whom they abuse daily and say he is broke, has bought a house so that their kids can have a better life as they always wish on social media…..
“Happy birthday Mama Tee! I hope you like our new South African house…. I can’t wait for your big weekend in Zanzibar tomorrow (Saturday, September 24)….”
Zari Hassan’s new house is located in Moreleta Park in Pretoria.
There were reports doing rounds on social media that Diamond Platnumz had not yet acquired the establishment and that he was using downloaded photos to brag.
His manager Sallam Sharaff however refuted claims that Diamond Platnumz is full of hot air.
“Diamond bought the house on Thursday, September 22. He is used to being attacked in the cyberspace since a lot is said about him on a daily basis,” Sallam told Bongo5.
Zari’s house sits on a 1068 square meter piece of land. It has five rooms, three lounges, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, a balcony, two garages and a servant quarter.
